Fantastic hand painted 9 1/4 inch HP scalloped fish plate in excellent condition - doesn't appear to have ever been used. There may some slight fading of the gold trim on the rim of plate, or could just be misses in decorating. This is one of several listing for hand painted fish motif items by this maker.
