Manufacturer: Frank Beardmore
7 3/4 inch flow blue plate in good condition with typical underglaze crazing and a little bit of staining visible on the back of the plate. Marks as shown in picture indicate Design and Importation by Daniel Low + Co of Salem, MA and manufacture by Frank Beardmore + Co of Fenton, England which was in business from 1903 to 1914. Scene depicts a flying witch on her broom with a Salem 1692 banner.
