1920 Omega Solid 18K Gold Swiss Pocket Watch Gorgeous 2 inch diameter closed case 18K gold pocket watch in excellent condition, both appearance and working. Case is marked in 3 different place with S/N 5886071 which translates to around 1920 or so. Movement has S/N 5051664 which translates to 1920 or before. This watch has an outstanding look and has never been monogrammed. The 8 pictures represent each surface of the watch - 2 outside, 2 inside the face side, and 4 inside the outer and inner case of the movement side. I am not a watch expert, but from everything I have seen this is an outstanding item.
